Requirements
Mandatory Documents:
- Valid passport — at least 6 months validity, 2 blank pages
- Invitation letter from a registered Pakistan company on company letterhead
- Cover letter from your own company stating purpose of visit
- Passport-size photo — recent, white background
- Return flight ticket or itinerary
- Hotel booking or accommodation details
- Bank statement — last 3 months showing sufficient funds
Invitation Letter Must Include:
- Full name and passport details of the invitee
- Company name, registration number, and NTN (National Tax Number)
- Purpose of the visit and business activities planned
- Duration of stay and accommodation arrangements
- Company stamp, authorised signatory, and date
- Contact details of the inviting company
Apply Online via E-Visa
For short business trips (up to 90 days), the business e-visa is the fastest option. Apply at visa.nadra.gov.pk:
- Select "Business Visa" as your visa type
- Upload all required documents including the invitation letter
- Pay the fee online
- Receive your e-visa in 7-10 business days
For longer-term or multiple-entry business visas (1-5 years), apply through a Pakistan embassy.

Pakistan offers facilitated business visa procedures for companies involved in the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and Special Economic Zones (SEZs):
